Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and outgoing

Sales & Partnerships Executive

to represent our kids' store and build strong relationships with schools, communities, and local organizations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products, developing partnerships, increasing footfall, and driving overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities



Visit schools, daycare centers, playgroups, and community organizations to promote our store and products. Build and maintain long-term partnerships that generate sales opportunities. Identify new markets, customers, and collaboration opportunities. Plan and execute field marketing activities, events, and promotions. Increase store sales through outreach, referrals, and external relationships. Maintain a database of leads, follow up regularly, and convert prospects into customers. Provide feedback about market trends and customer needs to management. Represent the brand professionally and maintain positive public relations.

Requirements



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in speaking to school administrators and decision-makers. Ability to travel locally for field visits. Experience in sales, business development, or marketing (preferred but not required). Good negotiation and presentation skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
