with strong analytical and communication skills to support Infilect's global sales initiatives. The role will combine elements of sales engineering, GTM strategy, and marketing enablement. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of technical understanding, business acumen, and a passion for driving growth in AI/Analytics-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Sales & Partnerships Manager to support enterprise sales opportunities.
Develop sales collateral, pitch decks, and case studies in collaboration with product and marketing teams.
Support go-to-market (GTM) initiatives including competitor analysis, market research, and account intelligence and handling partnership.
Coordinate product demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and liaise with pre-sales / technical teams.
Assist in preparing and responding to RFPs, RFIs, and proposals for large enterprise clients.
Track and report key sales metrics, pipeline activities, and campaign effectiveness.
Partner with marketing for events, webinars, and lead-generation campaigns.
Ensure alignment between sales, product, and delivery teams to enable smooth client handovers.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology (preferably in Computer Science, IT, or related field).
MBA in Marketing, Strategy, or Business Analytics preferred.
2-3 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Partnerships, or Business Development in the AI/Analytics/SaaS domain.
Exposure to enterprise sales cycles, RFP management, and GTM strategy.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with global stakeholders.
