Position Overview

Sales and Partnership Manager
for
Vehicle Care
will drive strategic alliances and partnerships, building robust
B2B relationships and leveraging extensive BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector experience.
This role requires an adept sales professional who can unlock business opportunities, grow revenue, and ensure lasting engagement with partners and clients.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and manage
partnerships with BFSI institutions
(banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, etc.) for vehicle care offerings.
Identify and close opportunities for collaboration that
create win-win propositions
for both
BFSI partners and the organization.
Drive revenue growth by designing and implementing co-branded campaigns, tie-ups, and customer acquisition initiatives.
Build, maintain, and nurture long-term client relationships at senior stakeholder levels.
Negotiate partnership agreements, pricing models, and commercials in alignment with business goals.
Work closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of partnership-driven initiatives.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine sales and partnership strategies.
Track KPIs and provide regular reports on partnership performance, revenue impact, and pipeline health.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Business, Finance, Marketing
, or related discipline; an
MBA
is preferred.
Minimum
6 years of sales/partnership experience exclusively in the BFSI sector
(banking, financial services, or insurance).
Demonstrated success in driving B2B partnerships and managing large customer portfolios.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong business acumen with the
ability to understand BFSI partner needs and align solutions
accordingly.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferably experience in auto loans, motor insurance, or related vehicle-financing products (added advantage).
