Day-to-Day Responsibilities of a Sales & Partner ManagerSales Team Leadership & Performance Tracking :- Set weekly and monthly targets for Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Executives (BDEs).- Monitor performance metrics daily to ensure goals are being met.- Conduct daily check-ins with the sales team to maintain discipline and accountability in field reporting.Partner & Channel Management- Implement the 7-day IGNITE onboarding program for new Affiliate, Sales, or System-Integration (SI) partners.- Coordinate with partner teams to ensure alignment with company goals and smooth collaboration.- Plan and deliver regular training sessions to upskill both internal sales staff and external partners.Customer Relationship & Satisfaction :- Track ticket resolution and complaint turnaround time (TAT) to ensure customer issues are addressed promptly.- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take proactive steps to improve service quality.Strategic Execution & Coordination :- Drive execution of sales strategies and ensure CRM systems are being used effectively.- Follow up rigorously with internal and external stakeholders to close gaps and push initiatives forward.- Coordinate cross-functionally to align sales efforts with product development and marketing.Training & Development :- Organize skill-building sessions for BDEs, BDMs, and partner teams to keep them updated on product features and sales techniques.- Mentor junior team members and help them grow into more strategic roles.
