Roles and Responsibilities:

Visit customer location, convince and convert leads assigned by the company to avail Oro's gold loan products.


Be responsible for lead generation Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs


Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos for customers and relay objection handling Convince prospective clients through reassurance - Highly persuasive Maintain working relationships with existing customers to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.

Requirements:

Languages:

Proficiency in Kannada and English is mandatory. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation and retention abilities. Persuasive, self-motivated, and result-driven personality. * Must own a bike and be willing to travel within assigned territories.
