Revenue Growth & Pipeline

Design and own the revenue strategy across direct sales, partnerships, and channels. Build a predictable, repeatable sales process tailored for mid-market clients. Personally drive pipeline creation, deal execution, and revenue growth.

Go-to-Market Leadership

Develop positioning, pricing, and messaging that resonate with business and technology leaders. Shorten sales cycles and increase win rates through clear value articulation. Align sales and marketing activities to generate qualified opportunities.

Team Building & Leadership

Recruit, coach, and scale a lean, high-performing revenue team. Establish sales KPIs, forecasting discipline, and accountability frameworks. Partner with delivery and product leaders to ensure client success and growth.

Market Expansion

Identify high-potential verticals within the mid-market. Develop strategic partnerships to accelerate market penetration. Continuously refine the revenue playbook based on client feedback and data.

Requirements

Must have technical skills

Proven experience taking revenue from early stage (~$100K) to $10M+ and beyond. Expertise in selling services/solutions to mid-market companies. Hands-on operator: comfortable building pipeline and closing deals directly. Strong background in go-to-market strategy, revenue systems, and scaling sales teams. Track record of aligning closely with founders, delivery, and product teams. Experience with innovative services/SaaS/productized models strongly preferred.
