Identify and generate new business opportunities across India
Convert leads into confirmed clients and sales orders
Present product samples and company brochures to prospective clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and decision-makers
Meet distributors, wholesalers, fashion brands, and corporate clients
Represent the company in the textile and home decor market
Travel extensively across India for client meetings and business development
Performance Measurement Criteria
The Sales Executive's performance will be evaluated based on the following key parameters:
New Client Acquisition: Ability to consistently onboard new clients on a monthly and quarterly basis as per assigned targets.
Sales Conversion Ratio: Effectiveness in converting leads and prospects into confirmed orders.
Revenue Generation: Total sales value generated within the assigned territory during the evaluation period.
Client Retention & Repeat Business: Success in maintaining long-term relationships and generating repeat orders from existing clients.
