Make outbound calls to potential leads and educate them about our overseas education or immigration services.
Understand the client's requirements and suggest the most suitable program or service.
Follow up regularly with interested leads and convert them into enrolled clients.
Maintain a database of leads and update the status of follow-ups, calls, and conversions using Excel.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
Provide accurate information on services, destinations, eligibility, and processes.
Address client questions or concerns professionally to build trust and close deals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and documentation process.
Generate additional leads through referrals and follow-up.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Bachelor's degree preferred.
0-2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or voice-based customer service.
Strong verbal communication and convincing skills. (English mandatory).
Ability to handle objections and work in a target-oriented environment.
Familiarity with MS Office.
