Job Description

We are looking for a Sales & Outreach Officer to support student acquisition, institutional visits, and on-ground engagement activities across Kerala. The role involves meeting educational institutions, conducting awareness sessions, coordinating events, and creating interest among students for academic programs.

Key Responsibilities

Visit schools, colleges, and local educational hubs based on scheduled plans Conduct awareness talks, workshops, and student engagement programs Build and maintain professional relationships with Principals, HODs, teachers, and community partners Collect and update student and parent information accurately in the CRM Support offline promotional activities such as brochures, posters, and event setups Build community connections and local engagement networks Generate interest and inquiries through outreach activities and events Participate in education fairs, campus events, expos, and public programs Identify collaboration opportunities with institutions and local organizations Share activity insights and recommendations for improving outreach results Coordinate timely follow-ups with Sales and Counseling teams Encourage walk-ins and inquiries to learning centers through field activities Maintain daily logs of visits, interactions, and events Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports Work closely with internal teams to support campaigns and field initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline 0-3 years of experience in sales, outreach, or offline/BTL marketing Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Malayalam Ability to manage travel schedules, events, and external interactions independently Willingness to travel across Kerala and work toward activity-based goals Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Workspace
