Key Responsibilities
Visit schools, colleges, and educational hubs across Kerala as per scheduled outreach plans
Conduct student interaction sessions, presentations, workshops, and awareness programs
Build strong relationships with Principals, HODs, teachers, and community partners
Collect student and parent details accurately and update CRM records regularly
Support offline marketing activities such as brochures, posters, standees, and promotional setups
Develop and manage community networks, referral partners, and local contacts
Generate qualified leads through outreach visits, referrals, and engagement programs
Participate in education fairs, expos, campus events, and public programs
Identify opportunities for collaborations with institutions and local organizations
Track and evaluate the performance of outreach activities based on lead quality and conversions
Coordinate timely follow-ups with the Sales and Counseling teams
Encourage student walk-ins and inquiries through outreach efforts
Maintain daily logs of visits, leads collected, and completed activities
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports
Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns and outreach initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
0-3 years of experience in sales, outreach, or offline marketing
Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Malayalam
Ability to manage travel, events, and outreach activities independently
Comfortable with statewide travel and achieving monthly goals
Knowledge of CRM systems, MS Excel, and Google Workspace
