Role Overview:



We're seeking a motivated

Program Enrolment Specialist

to join our Business Development team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective participants, conducting outbound calls, answering queries, and guiding them to enroll in our transformative training programs. If you're passionate about sales and human development, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to leads provided by the marketing team and convert them into enrolled participants. Understand prospects' needs and recommend suitable programs using a consultative sales approach. Clearly explain program features, benefits, and schedules to create excitement and urgency. Follow up regularly via phone, WhatsApp, and email to nurture leads and close enrolments. Maintain and update CRM/lead management systems with accurate call logs and lead status. Collaborate with marketing and BD teams on campaigns, webinars, and special offers. Meet or exceed monthly enrolment targets while ensuring a positive customer experience. Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve our programs and outreach strategies. Stay updated on all program details, schedules, and certifications to provide accurate information.

Skills Required:



1-2 years experience in sales calling, telesales, or inside sales (education/training sector preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong persuasive and consultative selling skills. Confident making 50+ outbound calls daily and managing follow-ups. Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.), WhatsApp Business, and Google Sheets. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently. Passionate about learning, coaching, and personal development. Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain enthusiasm.

Additional Candidate Preferences:



Immediate availability or ability to join within 1 week. Comfortable working remotely or from Mumbai office (hybrid option). Ability to work full-time and meet sales targets in a target-driven environment. Positive, energetic, and growth-oriented mindset.

Pay: ?9,654.65 - ?12,000.00 per month
