About Us:

We're a growing personal branding and marketing agency working with creators, founders, and startups. We're looking for someone confident, persuasive, and hungry to grow -- someone who can take charge of outreach through cold calls, DMs, and emails, and convert leads into meetings and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make cold calls to potential clients from provided databases or leads Send well-written DMs and emails to pitch our services and follow up Understand client needs and pitch the right service offerings Maintain CRM records and update call logs/follow-ups regularly Assist the team in closing deals by qualifying leads and setting up calls Work closely with the founder and team to optimize sales scripts and outreach strategies Meet weekly outreach and conversion targets Follow a structured process, but bring your own flair to conversations

Requirements:

2-4 years of sales or telecalling experience (agency or B2B preferred) Strong communication skills - fluent in English and Hindi Confident and natural on phone calls and messages Good written skills for emails and DMs Self-motivated, persistent, and goal-oriented Familiarity with LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email outreach Basic understanding of marketing or branding is a plus
