Summary: As a Sales Origination Practitioner, you will orchestrate and lead the entire origination process for a cross-client, cross service-group deal. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, engaging with clients, and ensuring that all aspects of the origination process are executed efficiently and effectively. You will be at the forefront of driving business opportunities, leveraging your expertise to navigate complex challenges and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the origination process. - Analyze market trends and client feedback to refine strategies and enhance service offerings. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Solution Development. - Strong understanding of risk assessment and management principles. - Experience in developing and implementing security frameworks and protocols. - Ability to assess client needs and tailor security solutions accordingly. - Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations related to security. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Security Solution Development. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
