Summary: As a Service Management Lead, you will lead the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. A typical day involves coordinating various projects through effective contract management and shared service coordination. You will also focus on developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors, ensuring high levels of commitment and enabling the strategic agenda of the organization. As a Sales Origination Practitioner, you will orchestrate and lead the entire origination process for a cross-client, cross service-group deal. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, including the client team and relevant subject matter experts, to ensure a seamless and effective origination process. You will engage in strategic discussions, analyze client needs, and drive initiatives that align with organizational goals, all while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages input from diverse perspectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and drive consensus among stakeholders. - Mentor junior professionals in the team to enhance their skills and understanding of the origination process. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sales Pursuit Management. Proficiency in Service Delivery. Experience driving robust service governance, KPI oversight, cost optimization, and risk mitigation across end-to-end operations. Must have managed programs with stringent SLAs. Strong communication and stake holder management skills. - Good To Have Skills: Service Management Framework Design and Implementation. - Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders. - Ability to analyze market trends and client requirements to develop tailored solutions. - Experience in project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of origination initiatives. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 20 years of experience in Sales Pursuit Management. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
