Summary: As a Sales Origination Practitioner, you will orchestrate and lead the entire origination process for a cross-client, cross service-group deal. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, engaging with clients, and ensuring that all aspects of the origination process are executed efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for coordinating efforts among different stakeholders, facilitating discussions, and driving the project towards successful outcomes while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction and strategic alignment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and align objectives across stakeholders. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Solution Development. - Strong understanding of risk assessment and management strategies. - Experience in developing and implementing security frameworks and protocols. - Ability to analyze complex security challenges and propose effective solutions. - Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations related to security. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Security Solution Development. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
