MRK FOODS Pvt. Ltd. is a leading food manufacturing company committed to delivering quality products to our customers. We are looking to expand our team and are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bills Receivable Executive to support our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Bill Processing:
Generate and process sales invoices accurately.
Ensure timely issuance of bills to customers, in alignment with delivery schedules and agreements.
Monitor the creation and submission of accurate invoices for all sales transactions.
Data Entry:
Accurately input and maintain financial data in the accounting system.
Update customer payment details, invoice statuses, and ensure completeness of all records.
Perform routine data audits to ensure accuracy and avoid discrepancies.
Reporting & Analysis:
Generate and analyse sales and billing reports.
Provide insights to management for process improvement and financial accuracy.
Sales Bill Processing:
Prepare, review, and process invoices, sales bills, and credit/debit notes.
Verify pricing, discounts, and tax details as per company policy.
Data Entry & Documentation:
Enter sales and billing data into ERP or accounting systems.
Maintain organized digital and physical records of all sales and billing transactions.
Invoice & Payment Management:
Manage invoice generation and dispatch to customers.
Track payments and update records, ensuring timely follow-ups for pending dues.
Customer Communication:
Respond to customer queries and resolve billing discrepancies.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
Accounting Knowledge: Understanding of invoicing, GST, and basic accounting principles.
ERP/Software Proficiency: Experience using ERP systems or accounting tools (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks).
Data Management: Strong data entry accuracy and record-keeping abilities.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for coordination with teams and customers.
Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to analyse billing data and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in sales billing, order processing, accounting, or a similar role.
