Processing customers' orders onto our in-house CRM system efficiently and accurately
Making outgoing calls to customers to resolve any issues or for clarification of information relating to their account or order
Ensuring that the company database is updated with required information.
Assisting other team members with orders as and when required, also helping out within other departments when the need arises
In addition, you will be required to perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
