Experience -

1-3 years ( In - Billing Process )

A sales Bill Executive is a professional responsible for managing & processing sales bills, invoice & related documents .

Key Responsibilities :

1.

Sales Bill Processing

- Prepare, review & process sales bills , invoice & credit notes.

2.

Data Entry

- Accurately enter sales data into the company's ERP system or accounting software.

3.

Invoice Management

- Manage invoice generation , printing & dispatch to customers.

4.

Payment Tracking

- Monitor & update payment records, ensuring timely follow-ups.

5.

Customer Communication

- Respond to customer queries, resolve billing disputes, & provide support.

6.

Reporting and Analysis

- Generate sales reports, analyse data , & provide insights to management.

Required Skills -

. Accounting Knowledge - Familiarity with accounting principles, invoicing & payment processing.
