Job Purpose
The Sales & Order Processing Executive is responsible for supporting sales activities and managing end-to-end order processing for building materials. The role ensures accurate order entry, timely coordination with internal teams, and smooth fulfillment to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support
Assist sales teams in preparing quotations, pricing, and proposals.
Coordinate with customers regarding product availability, specifications, and delivery schedules.
Support business development activities and follow up on leads.
Order Processing & Coordination
Process customer orders accurately in ERP/CRM systems.
Verify pricing, payment terms, credit limits, and approvals before order confirmation.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery.
Customer Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for order status, delivery updates, and documentation.
Resolve order-related issues such as delays, shortages, or invoicing discrepancies.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors.
Documentation & Invoicing
Prepare sales orders, delivery notes, invoices, and supporting documents.
Ensure compliance with company policies, GST/VAT requirements, and documentation standards.
Maintain accurate records of orders, dispatches, and returns.
Reporting & Data Management
Maintain sales and order data in ERP/CRM systems.
Generate daily and monthly MIS reports on orders, sales, and deliveries.
Support reconciliation of orders, invoices, and collections.
