Handle customer inquiries and maintain professional communication through calls and emails.
Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and dispatch details.
Coordinate between the sales, production, and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
Maintain accurate sales and client records in Excel or ERP systems.
Track order status and ensure timely delivery.
Support sales team with documentation, quotations, and follow-ups.
Manage office correspondence and maintain files or reports as required.
Provide administrative support and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably Commerce or Business background).
1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or office administration.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling).
Detail-oriented and organized with multitasking ability.
Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
