Create and manage purchase orders for all grocery and supermarket items.
Monitor daily/weekly sales reports to determine correct order quantities.
Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid stockouts and overstocking.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues.
Track purchase orders, verify invoices, and ensure proper documentation.
Inspect incoming stock for quality, quantity, and accuracy.
Work closely with store managers and department staff to forecast demand.
Maintain updated records of products, pricing, and supplier information.
Identify fast-moving, slow-moving, and seasonal products for better purchasing decisions.
