will be responsible for confirming patient bookings or treatment orders (PRP, GFC, Transplants, etc.), updating status, and coordinating between the clinic team and patients to ensure smooth service delivery and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Confirm all new patient bookings and treatment orders received via CRM, website, or calls.
Verify details such as package, payment mode, and appointment schedule.
Coordinate with clinic teams to confirm doctor availability and slot allocation.
Update customers with confirmation details and timelines via WhatsApp, call, or email.
Follow up on pending payments, order status, and service completion.
Handle reschedules or queries with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain updated records and trackers for all confirmed and pending orders.
Share daily status reports with the operations manager.
Support in collecting post-treatment feedback where needed.
Skills & Requirements:
Graduate in any stream.
1-2 years of experience in order confirmation, patient coordination, or customer service (clinic/hospital experience preferred).
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
Good Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM handling skills.
Attention to detail and follow-up discipline.
