for our OPGW segment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the power and telecom infrastructure landscape, and be skilled at identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities across India.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities in the OPGW domain across India (Utilities, EPCs, Transmission Companies, Railways, etc.)
Regularly visit all EPC clients to maintain strong professional relationships and ensure consistent engagement with all transmission clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, government bodies, and industry stakeholders
Work closely with the tendering, estimation, and technical teams to develop winning proposals
Monitor ongoing projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery
Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide regular updates to senior management
Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry forums
Prepare and deliver strategic sales presentations, proposals, and regular MIS reports
Drive business growth in line with the company's strategic targets
Required Skills & Experience:
Graduate in Engineering (Electrical/Telecom preferred); MBA in Marketing/Sales is a plus
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in business development/sales in the OPGW or power/telecom infrastructure domain
Strong understanding of tendering processes (GEM, NTPC, PGCIL, State Utilities, etc.)
Willingness to travel extensively across India
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving revenue targets and expanding client base.
