What you will be doing:
The role of the LAMP Operations Analyst is to support the License and Asset Management Practice (LAMP) function in the proactive engagement of partners and customers to ascertain compliance with Veritas's licensing policies and guidelines
This role reports into Business Operations in recognition of the role that compliance plays in the maintenance of long-term relationships with our customer.
We expect the LAMP Operations Analyst and all members of the LAMP team to be able to manage customer relationship while communicating, educating, and upholding our compliance standards.
This role requires excellent data analytic skills, project management and administrative skills, along with an eye for detail. You will need the ability to understand licensing models and polices and be able to apply these to a large, diverse set of customers and partners. Knowledge of company organisational structures and procurement processes would be very beneficial.
