Job Overview:
We need a proactive team leader who can manage sales + operations together, guide the sales executives, handle clients smartly, and ensure smooth trip execution. Someone who actually knows how the travel industry works -- not just how to pitch packages.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the sales team (domestic + international segment).
Handle client inquiries, close leads, and maintain strong conversion rates.
Create, customize, and price tour packages as per client needs.
Coordinate with vendors, DMCs, hotels, and transport partners.
Oversee operations: bookings, vouchers, itineraries, and pre-travel support.
Resolve client issues quickly and maintain a high satisfaction score.
Track team performance and report sales numbers regularly.
Keep updated on destinations, visas, flights, and new travel trends.
Ensure smooth communication between sales and operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in domestic AND international travel sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage a team and handle pressure during peak seasons.
Good knowledge of airlines, hotels, DMCs, and travel tools.
Problem-solver mentality with a customer-first approach.

On-site at Paradise Yatra, Dehradun.
