Key Responsibilities:
? Act as a bridge between the sales team and coaches to align and schedule demo sessions.
? Ensure timely coordination and communication with all stakeholders to avoid scheduling conflicts.
? Maintain and update scheduling systems, tracking demo status and feedback.
? Support the sales team by ensuring that all operational aspects of demo sessions are handled efficiently.
? Address any last-minute changes or cancellations and promptly inform relevant parties.
? Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the scheduling process and improve efficiency.
? Maintain accurate reports and documentation of scheduled demos and their outcomes.
? Assist in process improvements to enhance overall team productivity and customer experience.
Requirements:
? A graduate degree is a must.
? Strong organizational and time-management skills.
? Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
? Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
? Should know Microsoft Excel.
