Sales & Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership:

Drive revenue by developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets for both clinic services and academy admissions.

Operational Oversight:

Manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency, high standards of patient care, and a smooth workflow for both facilities.

Team Management:

Lead and mentor the sales and front-desk teams to ensure a high-performance, client-focused culture.

Candidate Profile

Proven experience in a dual sales and operations management role. At least

5 years of experience

in the aesthetic, healthcare, or education industry is a strong plus. A results-driven leader with excellent communication skills.

Compensation

This is a senior-level position with highly competitive pay.
