Sales & Operations Executive or Manager - Outbound DMC ( Hongkong & China)
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
The Sales & Operations Executive - China & Hong Kong will be responsible for handling B2B sales, quotations, and end-to-end tour operations for China and Hong Kong. The role requires close coordination with suppliers, travel agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth conversions and flawless execution of tours.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Handle B2B inquiries for China & Hong Kong packages.
Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and itineraries.
Follow up with agents to improve conversion ratios.
Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and partners.
Promote DMC products, seasonal offers, and new itineraries.
Operations & Tour Handling
Coordinate hotel bookings, transfers, sightseeing, guides, and meals.
Manage confirmations and vouchers for all services.
Ensure smooth pre-tour, on-tour, and post-tour operations.
Handle changes, amendments, and emergency situations efficiently.
Coordinate with local suppliers and overseas partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4-5 years experience in B2B travel sales or operations.
Prior experience handling China & Hong Kong (preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of itineraries, hotels, and sightseeing.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and CRM tools.

Salary - 30000 to 50000 per month
