: We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Project Manager to manage sales projects and drive execution across field operations in our FMCG business. The role requires strong coordination between Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Field Sales Executives (FSEs) to ensure smooth implementation of sales plans, achievement of targets, and timely reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales campaigns, tracking field performance, and ensuring that project deliverables align with overall business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
3-6 years of experience in FMCG sales operations or project coordination.
Strong understanding of FMCG sales channels -- general trade, modern trade, and distribution models.
Excellent communication, coordination, and people management skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM or sales tracking tools.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in sales performance tracking and reporting.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate field teams.
