Role Overview:
Drive sales, client servicing, and event operations across North India. Lead business growth, manage key accounts, and ensure flawless execution of exhibitions and events.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets and expand client base across corporate, government & trade sectors.
Lead end-to-end event execution - planning, logistics, production & delivery.
Build strong client & vendor relationships; ensure quality and profitability.
Manage and mentor regional teams for performance and collaboration.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and provide business insights.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's in Business, Marketing, or Event Management
6-10 years in events/exhibitions/MICE; 3+ years in a leadership role
Proven track record in sales and managing large-scale events
