Role

A Sales Operations Manager optimizes the sales team's productivity and efficiency by managing technology (CRM), data analysis, reporting, and sales processes. They drive revenue growth through strategic planning, forecasting, and removing administrative roadblocks for sales representatives. Key duties include managing the sales technology stack, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with marketing and finance.

Core Responsibilities



Process Optimization:

Develop, implement, and refine sales processes and workflows to increase efficiency.

Technology & CRM Management:

Oversee the CRM system and sales tools, ensuring data accuracy and adoption.

Data Analysis & Forecasting:

Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and create accurate revenue forecasts for leadership.

Performance & Strategy Support:

Define sales territories, quota setting, and compensation plans.

Sales Enablement:

Train and onboard new sales team members, ensuring they have the tools to succeed.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,832.58 - ?65,950.42 per month
