Job Role:
Develop, maintain, and deliver comprehensive sales performance dashboards and reports (e.g., pipeline health, conversion rates, sales cycle length, revenue attainment)
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to the field sales team and leadership
Monitor individual and team sales KPIs region wise, identifying top performers and areas requiring coaching or intervention
Provide accurate and insightful data, metrics, and reports to sales leadership to inform and support performance reviews of sales team members.
Ensure the field sales team has access to necessary tools, resources, and content (e.g., product information, pricing, marketing collateral, catalogues etc)
Manage onboarding for new sales hires
Liaise closely with Production, Planning, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure sales forecasts align with operational capabilities and financial targets
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales operations. At least 3 years of direct experience within the textile, apparel, or related manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
Proven track record of improving sales efficiency, performance, and contributing to revenue growth.
