We are seeking a proactive, organized, and sales-oriented
Sales Operations Manager
to lead our sales and telemarketing team. This role is pivotal in driving performance across sales, service, and client relationship functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing high-performing teams, aligning sales efforts to business targets, and ensuring seamless client servicing to boost revenue growth.

Lead and mentor a team of six or more sales reps and telemarketers
Conduct performance reviews, training sessions, and KPI tracking
Set daily/weekly targets aligned with business goals
Sales Enablement
Oversee daily calling and lead follow-up activities
Support the team in qualifying leads, closing deals, and preparing proposals
Track conversions and pipeline health via CRM
Client Servicing & Relationship Management
Ensure quick response and resolution to client issues
Maintain high service standards and seamless project handovers
Encourage client loyalty and upsell opportunities
Process & Service Oversight
Monitor post-sales fulfillment and delivery
Conduct periodic satisfaction checks
Refine servicing SOPs to ensure consistency
Lead Management & CRM Oversight
Implement lead nurturing workflows
Audit CRM records and guide team members on follow-up discipline
Performance Monitoring
Analyze individual and team-level call, meeting, and conversion metrics
Create and implement action plans for underperformance
Strategy & Optimization
Propose workflow improvements and efficiency strategies
Align sales and client service with revenue goals
Reporting & Coordination
Generate weekly/monthly performance reports
Collaborate with content and marketing for campaign support
Participate in business planning meetings and progress reviews
Qualifications
2+ years in sales operations, business development, or telesales leadership
Experience managing inside sales teams and achieving revenue targets
Proficiency in Zoho, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
Strong communication, mentoring, and client-facing skills
Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
