1. Sales Operations & Enablement Executive

Role Type:

Reports to:

Founder

Goal:

Increase conversions without increasing lead volume

Core Responsibilities

? Analyze daily call recordings and CRM notes to identify patterns
? Document common objections, buying triggers, and deal blockers
? Create and continuously improve:

Call scripts WhatsApp follow-ups Email follow-ups Demo confirmation & reminder templates ? Maintain CRM discipline: Clean lead stages Accurate notes Missed follow-up alerts
? Prepare daily priority follow-up lists for the telecaller? Track funnel metrics: contacted ? interested ? demo ? closed? Share weekly insights on why deals move or dieMust-Have Skills

? Strong written communication
? Analytical thinking (pattern spotting)
? Comfortable with CRM tools (Zoho / HubSpot / Sheets)
? Ability to work with call recordings & raw data
? Zero ego about "backend" sales work

Success Metrics

? Increase demo-to-close ratio
? Reduction in missed follow-ups
? Faster response & follow-up cycles
? Quality of sales assets created

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
