We are looking for a Female Sales & Operations Manager
to oversee customer interactions, lead a team, and manage front-desk operations at our Gymnastics Center. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for visitors while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader, highly organized, and customer-focused, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for telecalling and customer engagement.
Oversee front-desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Handle inquiries, address complaints, and provide accurate information.
Monitor and optimize the trial booking process to drive conversions.
Manage calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
Maintain records, office supplies, and administrative functions.
Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and operational planning.
