We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Executive with 3-4 years of experience to support the sales team in optimizing processes, tracking performance, and ensuring smooth order-to-cash flow. The ideal candidate should be a problem solver, with strong analytical skills and an ability to streamline sales operations, enabling the team to meet and exceed targets
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management: Oversee CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) data accuracy, lead tracking, and sales pipeline management
Sales Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasting, and pipeline health metrics, including weekly/monthly/quarterly performance dashboards
Order Processing & Coordination: Ensure timely order processing, follow-ups with the operations team, and ensure orders meet delivery schedules
Performance Tracking: Monitor individual and team performance against targets; provide insights and suggestions to improve efficiency
Sales Data Management: Maintain accurate sales data, ensuring up-to-date pricing, customer details, and sales opportunities in the CRM system
Forecasting & Sales Planning: Assist with territory planning, quota distribution, and sales forecasting
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with marketing, finance, and customer support teams to ensure smooth collaboration and execution of sales operations
Sales Enablement: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotes, and other client-facing documents o Vendor and Contract Management: Support vendor manageme
