Assist in updating, enriching, and cleaning lead, account, and opportunity records to ensure data accuracy and eliminate duplicates.
Build and maintain basic reports and dashboards (under guidance) that track key sales metrics such as lead conversions, pipeline velocity, and campaign performance
Identify potential leads/accounts using platforms like Apollo, LinkedIn, and public sources based on ICP filters (industry, size, region).
Assist in updating the internal RevOps playbook - a single source of truth for product, process, and tool information.
Document recurring tasks and workflows to improve team productivity and knowledge sharing.
Track turnaround times (TAT) for key sales actions (e.g., lead follow-up, opportunity response) within Salesforce to ensure timely engagement.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration, Economics, International Business or a related field.
Basic knowledge of the sales process.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, basic formulas, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Good communication skills.
Problem solving skills
