Strategy and planning:

Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals. Create and implement policies and processes to achieve strategic objectives. Set long-term initiatives and create performance goals with other departments.

Operations and process management:

Oversee daily activities, including production, logistics, and supply chain. Analyze existing systems and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Monitor operational KPIs and report on performance to leadership.

Team and resource management:

Lead, supervise, and motivate operations teams, providing performance management. Manage operational budgets and allocate resources effectively. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Compliance and risk management:

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and laws. Evaluate risks and implement measures to ensure business continuity.

Customer service:

Oversee customer service operations and work on initiatives for customer retention.

Stakeholder relations:

Coordinate with other departments to achieve organizational goals. Manage relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Technology and IT:

Oversee the implementation and management of IT solutions throughout the organization.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
