Key Responsibilities:
Create and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) related to sales and operations.
Perform day-to-day SAP data entry and reporting with high accuracy.
Manage and maintain inventory records, including inward, outward, and stock reconciliation.
Coordinate dispatch, logistics, and transportation data, ensuring timely and accurate movement of materials.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to sales, inventory, dispatch, and transportation.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Stores, Dispatch, and Accounts departments.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal processes.
Support the Sales team in operational and coordination activities.
