1. Role Overview
The Sales & Marketing Executive will support marketing initiatives, acquire new clients through multiple channels, and represent DIAMONDIO professionally. The role demands strong communication skills, proactive outreach, and the ability to confidently represent the brand in both online and offline engagements. 2. Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Acquisition
Generate new leads through walk-ins, referrals, field visits, digital platforms, and networking
Travel to meet potential and existing clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers
Meet sales targets aligned with the incentive structure Marketing & Brand Representation
Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Represent DIAMONDIO professionally during meetings, events, and collaborations
Clearly communicate brand values and key messages
Participate in video content when required (not the primary face of the brand, but must be comfortable speaking on camera) Communication & Coordination
Explain products, pricing, and value propositions clearly
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitor information with management 3. Required Competencies & Skills Core Competencies

Working Hours: 10:00 AM 10:00 PM (12-hour shift)
Weekly Off: 1 day per week
Sunday: Mandatory working day
Travel: Must have own vehicle for client meetings and field visits 5. Eligibility
Gender: Open to both male and female candidates
Must possess a valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler
Prior sales/marketing experience is preferred but not mandatory for high-potential candidates 6. Compensation Structure
Total Salary: 1,00,000 per month
Fixed: 50,000
Variable/Incentives: 50,000 (performance-based)
