Job Summary:



We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Sales Operations Executive

to manage

sales planning, coordination, outreach support, and performance tracking

for multiple companies. The role focuses on improving sales efficiency, supporting execution, and enhancing overall business growth through structured sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:


Sales Planning & Operations



Prepare and manage

sales plans, activity schedules, and outreach strategies

Coordinate sales operations for

multiple companies and services

Support implementation of sales strategies to achieve business targets

Outreach & Lead Management



Plan and support outreach activities (emails, calls, LinkedIn, follow-ups) Manage leads, pipelines, and opportunity tracking Ensure timely follow-ups and proper sales documentation

Multi-Company Coordination



Understand the offerings of different companies and align sales processes accordingly Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth execution Maintain structured sales data for each company

Sales Performance Tracking & Reporting



Track sales metrics, leads, conversions, and pipeline status Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management Identify gaps and suggest improvements in sales processes

Process Improvement & Growth Support



Improve sales workflows, templates, and outreach methods Support initiatives to enhance market reach and customer engagement Assist management in sales forecasting and planning

Required Skills & Competencies:



Strong understanding of

sales operations and coordination

Experience in

sales planning, reporting, and CRM management

Good communication and follow-up skills Ability to handle

multiple companies/projects simultaneously

Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards Organized, analytical, and execution-focused mindset

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field MBA or sales operations certification is an added advantage

Experience:



2-5 years

of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Coordination, or Business Support roles Experience in

B2B sales, consultancy, or service-based companies

preferred
