Job Summary



Equity Planner is hiring a dynamic

Sales Coordinator / Tele caller

with prior real estate experience. The role involves client coordination, outbound calling, documentation handling, and supporting site visits to help drive sales and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities



Make

outbound calls

to prospective and existing clients Coordinate with clients regarding property details, pricing, and availability Schedule and manage

site visits

with the sales team Handle

client follow-ups

and maintain proper communication Manage and organize

sales documentation

and client records Upload and manage property listings on

99acres, Magic Bricks

and other portals Prepare reports, MIS, and data using

MS Word and Excel

Support the sales team in closing deals and post-sales coordination

Required Skills & Qualifications



Minimum 1-year experience in Real Estate

(mandatory) Experience as

Sales Coordinator / Tele caller / Client Coordinator

Excellent

communication skills

(verbal & written) Strong knowledge of

99acres portal

Proficient in

MS Word & MS Excel

Good documentation and coordination skills Comfortable with outbound calling and client interaction

Preferred Candidate Profile



Confident, presentable, and client-focused Target-driven and result-oriented Able to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently Willing to work from office (Noida location)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
