Job Summary
The Lead Coordinator is responsible for managing incoming leads, ensuring timely follow-up, supporting the sales team with lead distribution, and maintaining accurate tracking in CRM systems. This role acts as the connection between marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and improved conversion rates.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Sales Operations Executive to handle backend sales coordination, data reporting, and lead tracking. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, organizing data, and supporting business decisions through accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update daily lead sheets and MIS reports.
Allocate leads to respective counselors and track progress.
Analyze campaign data to identify performing lead sources.
Generate weekly reports and insights for management.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for data accuracy.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in MIS, sales coordination, or operations.
Excellent skills in Excel / Google Sheets.
Analytical approach with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and coordinate between teams effectively.
Work Closely with Senior leadership.
Train the Counsellor with CRM platforms.
Tracking Counsellor productivity
Generate daily and weekly report from CRM
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
Ability to multitask and work with cross-functional teams.
