We're looking for a
Sales Operations Executive
who's analytical, organized, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment. If you love Excel, enjoy solving problems, and want to build a strong foundation in sales and business operations -- we'd love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate sales data in Excel and CRM tools.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, revenue, and forecasts.
Support the sales team with lead tracking, pipeline updates, and proposal coordination.
Identify gaps or in efficiencies in sales processes and suggest improvements.
Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to ensure smooth handoff and execution.
Maintain dashboards and KPIs to track business growth.
Assist management in business reviews and decision-making support through data analysis.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
(pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a
fast-paced environment
