Job Summary



We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Sales Operations Executive

to support the end-to-end sales and operations process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing quotations, managing client coordination, ensuring order accuracy, following up for payments, and providing data insights using

advanced Excel

. This role bridges the gap between the sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities



Prepare and manage

quotations, cost sheets, and pricing proposals

for client orders. Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, resolve queries, and ensure timely approvals. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, production, operations & accounts) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Maintain accurate sales data, client records, and order status trackers in

Excel and CRM tools

. Handle

payment follow-ups, documentation, and reconciliation

with clients and accounts team. Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for management. Negotiate with clients or vendors for cost optimization where required. Assist in maintaining standardized pricing databases and commercial templates. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through timely response and problem resolution. Support the sales team with administrative and operational efficiency.

Key Skills & Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. 3-6 years of experience in

sales coordination, commercial operations, or client servicing

(preferably in manufacturing, interiors, or construction sectors). Strong command of

MS Excel

(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, dashboards, and advanced formulas). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong sense of ownership, accuracy, and accountability. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with ERP or CRM software will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
