Sales Operations Executive Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):
Sales Enablement & Operational Support
Handle complete onboarding for new sales team members (access, tools, training setup).
Maintain smooth coordination with EMI/Finance partners for onboarding, system access, and offer updates.
Troubleshoot daily issues related to CRM, lead flow, and data accessibility.
Act as the technical bridge between the sales team and other departments (tech, product, CRM vendors).
Cost Optimization & Efficiency Planning
Identify and implement strategies to reduce sales-related costs while improving effectiveness.
Track ROI for existing tools/subscriptions used by the sales team.
Recommend alternate platforms or solutions that are cost-effective and scalable.
Technology & Process Innovation
Explore and implement new tools/technologies to improve lead management, calling systems, reporting, etc.
Suggest automation opportunities for reports, reminders, and workflows.
Stay updated with emerging EdTech trends and propose relevant tools to enhance sales execution.
CRM & Data Management
Ensure real-time CRM hygiene, duplicate lead checks, and data alignment across teams.
Provide backend support in CRM structure changes, dashboard building, and user rights management.
Liaise with CRM providers when escalations or custom integrations are needed.
Course Value Enhancement & Collaboration
Source and recommend value-adding certificates or accreditations that can be tied to our courses.
Benchmark course benefits against market competitors and recommend enhancements.
Work with vendors or platforms that help improve perceived course credibility.
