The Sales Operations role in the Indian market supports field and inside sales teams by managing sales processes, MIS reporting, order coordination, and cross-functional alignment to drive revenue and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily sales operations and support field sales teams across regions
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, sales dashboards, and weekly/monthly targets
Track leads, pipelines, closures, and incentive calculations
Maintain CRM data accuracy and sales documentation
Coordinate with finance for invoicing, credit notes, collections, and GST compliance
Liaise with supply chain/logistics for order processing and timely dispatch
Support pricing approvals, quotations, and contract documentation
Analyze regional and channel-wise sales performance
Ensure adherence to company sales policies and processes.
