Key Responsibilities:
Prepare quotations and maintain pricing records.
Manage and update CRM (Zoho Bigin) for accurate sales tracking.
Coordinate with Finance for invoices and payment follow-ups.
Generate weekly sales reports and dashboards.
Support sales team with proposals, AMC and customer documentation.
Requirements:
Graduate/MBA with 1-3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Inside Sales, or Operations.
Strong in Excel, Zoho/CRM tools, and written communication.
Organized, proactive, and good with data & deadlines.
