The Sales Operations Executive provides support to the sales team by managing data, preparing reports, and ensuring operational efficiency. This role ensures smooth coordination between sales, logistics, and finance departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update sales records, client data, and CRM systems.
Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports for management.
Support the sales team with quotations, order tracking, and invoicing.
Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Analyze sales data to identify performance trends and improvement areas.
Employer Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or any related discipline.
1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or back-office operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
