We are looking for a proactive and communicative individual to manage outbound and inbound sales calls, coordinate with retail and distribution partners, and support internal operational processes. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a dependable attitude.

Key Responsibilities



Make and attend sales-related calls with stores, distributors, and corporate clients Coordinate on order status, stock availability, and dispatch updates Maintain call logs, performance trackers, and follow-up records Work closely with internal teams (logistics, accounts, etc.) to ensure timely responses and issue resolution Support day-to-day operational tasks related to sales and team coordination

Skills & Qualifications



Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi) 1-3 years of experience in

telecalling

Admin

or a similar role Good command of Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and take initiative
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
